~ Bushiroad, Takaaki Kidani, announced that they have sold all their shares between TV Asahi and CyberAgent. Since TV Asahi is already a shareholder of New Japan to begin with they are just acquiring more shares and will take over the controlling stock of the promotion. New Japan hereinafter is a subsidiary of TV Asahi. CyberAgent will be acquiring a less percentage of the stock but they will be supporting TV Asahi in regards to digital platform expertise (Abema TV). The transfer price was agreed to at 3.6 billion yen with Bushiroad acquiring New Japan from Yukes at 500 million yen in 2012.
~ Bushiroad will remain in ownership of STARDOM, which the promotion transferred their stock fully to them in March of this year.

HIKARU SATO NEWS

~ Following the MONDAY MAGIC show on May 25th, Hikaru Sato was taken to the hospital where he announced that his body has just become too weak and his body more of less gave out on him. Hikaru has yet to go into full details of his ailment but he has been pulled from competing his own HARD HIT show (5/28), as well as All Japan and other independent scheduled shows in the month of June.

Hikaru managed to best Masato Tanaka at the Monday show for the GHC Hardcore title and a 3WAY match is currently scheduled to take place on June 15th. Though a change in the match has currently not been announced as of this post.
