~ News and updates for NOAH [Shiozaki Leaves, Full Card 10/4] DDT [10/19, 11/3], DRAGONGATE [10/8], STARDOM [10/11, 11/3], Ice Ribbon [10/26] & Evolution [Sunny Freelance]

NOAH NEWS

 

~ NOAH announced that Go Shiozaki has chosen to not to re-new his contract and will become a freelance wrestler effective as of October 1st. Shiozaki has recently taken up the mantel of "I am NOAH", stemming to his own personal off-shoot group of "TEAM NOAH". Which lead to NOAH ultimately signing Harutoki, whom Shiozaki personally welcomed into the promotion. Shiozaki did not say as to why he is leaving the promotion but it was specified that he will continue competing as a freelance wrestler.

~ This isn't the first time that Shiozaki has gone freelance from NOAH, as back in 2013, him along with Jun Akiyama, Kotaro Suzuki, Yoshinobu Kanemaru, and Atsushi Aoki all left the promotion. They all would find land in All Japan soon after. Though he returned to NOAH a couple years later.

~ Then the full event card was announced for the October 4th show in Nagoya. The main event will see Galeno defending the GHC National title against Jack Morris.

EVOLUTION NEWS

 

~ It was announced that Sunny has left the promotion as a full-time referee. She originally debuted for the promotion in March of 2023, but would retire due to injury in December of the same year. She would move on to being a referee for the promotion wherein she has found herself a place in the ring. Sunny stated that she will continue to serve as a referee for Evolution shows but is now seeking more opportunities as a freelance referee.
