ZERO1 NEWS

~ A relaunched of ZERO1 is being planned for 2025. 2024 saw the first split between the previous iteration of ZERO1 with Tochigi Pro-Wrestling and REAL ZERO1 being what remained. REAL ZERO1 then went on a hiatus after Masato Tanaka's 30th anniversary show in July. Tochigi Pro still actively holds shows.

~ ZERO1 has left Daiko Holdings and will be under a new support system with Studio Backdrop Co., Ltd. Which specializes in sport photography. 

~ Six wrestlers have signed on to be part of this ZERO1 from Masato Tanaka, Chris Vice, Takuya Sugawara, Yoshikazu Yokoyama, Yasu Kubota, and Hide Kubota.

~ The promotion will now have a blue color scheme as they now see themselves as challengers moving forward as a new ZERO1. Their slogan will be 破壊、創造、誕生 (Hakai, Sozo, Tanjo/ Destruction, Creaction, Birth), which was popularized by the late Shinya Hashimoto.

~ It was clarified that Tochigi Pro-Wrestling is a completely separate entity from ZERO1. Tochigi Pro will be hosting the Shinjiro Otani Show at Korakuen Hall on January 1st.

~ ZERO1's 1st show will be held on February 9th at the Shinkiba 1stRING. 11 shows have been decided throughout the course of 2025. They aim to hold a show at Korakuen Hall at least once in 2025.

~ Masato Tanaka announced that he is launching his own sub-group with "ZERO1 HARD CORE". Which as the name implies will be hardcore focused and he seeks to bring in those of his past which he did imply ECW as well. 

~ General Manager Megumi Kudo stated that they will be opening the door for trainees to join them. That the dojo will not just be for men but for women as well.

ISHIKAWA PRO NEWS

~ Former HEAT-UP wrestler Daisuke Kanehira announced that they has established the first pro-wrestling promotion in Ishikawa, Japan. He was present with Ishikawa Prefecture Governor Hiroshi Hase in order to make everything official and to establish of this new venture.

~ The promotion will also be launching a GYM in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa that will be opening in the spring of 2025 with the first pro-wrestling show to be scheduled later in the year, noted closer to the fall time frame.

~ Daisuke Kanehira is currently undergoing surgery and rehabilitation on his neck but looks to be able to compete on the inaugural show.
