~ The 26 year manages to keep hold of belt with his first ever singles reign as champion. Tachibana stated that the importance of the belt was to be for the younger generation and he certainly feels more energized while holding the belt.

(6) World Junior Heavyweight Championship Match: [67th Champion] Dan Tamura vs. [Challenger] Fuminori Abe (Freelance)
 ◆Winner: Dan (14:47) following a Lariat.
~ 3rd successful title defense.
~ Rising HAYATO came forward to make the challenge for the belt. Dan accepted the challenge.
~ Though during the backstage interview, MUSASHI, who is going freelance from MichiPro as of next month, greeted Dan and mentioned that he is open to competing in All Japan in the future.

(7) Triple Crown Championship Match: [71st Champion] Katsuhiko Nakajima (Freelance) vs. [Challenger] Jun Saito
 ◆Winner: Nakajima (18:11) following a Northern Light Bomb.
~ 4th successful title defense.
~ Nakajima was grateful to both of the Saito Brothers in their challenge, even though Rei was forced to miss due to dislocated shoulder, and Jun quickly took his place. Nakajima even stated that their "DOOM" style could be a good mix for his "xx" style (xx as IGF sent a cease and desist against him for using Inoki's name and toukon (fighting spirit) which is under their trademarked). Saito Brothers refused to be aligned to Nakajima though.
~ Yuma Anzai though stepped forward to make the challenge for the belt. Anzai vowed to bring back everyone's smile by capturing the Triple Crown belt from the outsider.

~ It was announced that Ryo Hoshino will be taking on Hiromu Takahashi in a special singles match on the March 3rd show at the Korakuen Hall. Ryo Hoshino challenged Hiromu to the match following the conclusion of the NJPW show on March 19th at the Korakuen Hall. Hiromu was finishing up at the broadcast table when Hoshino appeared and asked for a singles match. Hoshino declared that it is his wish from winning the Tenkaichi Junior Tournament to fight against a New Japan junior.
