~ All Japan held a press conference for the upcoming "2022 Champion Carnival". All the wrestlers were present, besides Kumaarashi, as they took part in an interviews among the others within their block in the league.

Jake Lee stated that he intends to win this years tournament, making it a consecutive win from last year, and he seeks to reclaim the Triple Crown belt. Which he was forced to vacate due to a eye socket fracture he sustained last year at the hands of Ryuki Honda. Then Shigehiro Irie looks forward to finally being able to compete in the Champion Carnival and more specifically his match against T-Hawk, his fellow STRONGHEARTS teammate, is intriguing him the most. Then speaking of T-Hawk, he stated that he knows he is the lightest of all of the wrestlers in this years league, but he believes that is his advantage as he fights with all his courage and heart to overcome whatever odd is set before him. He also aims to bring the trophy home to GLEAT to further secure their position as a top promotion. The youngest in the tournament Ryuki Honda, who has broke out as a singles competitor this year, stated that no one has yet to witness his true potential as he seeks to destroy anyone set before him. Specifically he made a comment against Shuji Ishikawa as he wants to crush and retire him in the process. Ishikawa, being the oldest in the league, stated that he wants to fight as if he is more youthful and prove that he still has more to offer to All Japan.

The Triple Crown Heavyweight Champion Kento Miyahara stated that he aims to win the Champion Carnival as well this year to secure himself as the defining, saikyo, champion for All Japan's 50th year.
Suwama, who hasn't won a Carnival since 2008, stated that he seeks to push through the league and secure a big win once more, especially on this anniversary year. Yuma Aoyagi stated that his main goal is to defeat both Kento Miyahara and Suwama, if he can managed that, then the Carnival win will surely be his. Takuya Nomura stated he has adapted a style that works well against stronger opponents and looks to take his career to a new level by showing what he has to offer with new set of challenges within the Carnival. Then lastly ever fashionable Yoshitatsu, dressed in 1 million yen worth of Louis Vuitton, stated that he is wants to make All Japan as profitable as he is, to make All Japan more noticeable as he is on Instagram. That him winning the Carnival would be best for the business.

Then President Fukuda stated that he plans to hold a "6 Man Tag Tournament" in or around June, further details will be made when all is finalized. Though at this time he is planning to allow teams from outside of All Japan to compete as well. His plan is to make this a memorable year in celebration of All Japan Pro-Wrestling's 50th year.
