NJPW
~ It was announced that Kota Ibushi's return for the "NEW JAPAN CUP" has been postponed. It was to his best intention to make his return to the ring, but following the decision of medical professionals that it would not be wise for him to return at this time. Ibushi has taken that advice and is not going to return at this time. Ibushi was schedule to compete on the March 1st show and the first round of the NJC against Great-O-Khan on March 6th. O-Khan will be get an automatic by to the second round match against Ishimori on March 12th.
~ Also Hiroyoshi Tenzan will remain out of action, due to an on-going issue with a prior knee injury, for what looks to be the next several months. As he has even been pulled from competing for ZERO1's "20th Anniversary Show" at Ryogoku on April 10th. Tiger Mask IV will compete in his place.

AJPW
~ Jake Lee's return on March 21st will also see his group, TOTAL ECLIPSE, pitted against the former heel dominating team of the VOODOO-MURDERS. Lee was forced to vacate the Triple Crown belt at the end of 2021 following a fracture to his left eye following a match against Ryuki Honda, who he had join his group following that match. TARU initially made the announcement for VM to return for the big show, but then Suwama announced that it will involve him as well as he dives back into his past when he made his initial jump from rookie to a rule breaking heel. Suwama aims to show Lee's group what it means to be a true heel unit. The match will also see the return of Shuji Kondo, who currently competes in DRAGON GATE, Masayuki Kono (KONO in VM), who is freelance, and Toshizo (Ryuji Hijikata and still competes for All Japan on occasion).
~ Then it was made official that Hikaru Sato will be defending the World Junior Heavyweight belt against Hokuto Omori. Hikaru has hinted several times that this title win isn't just for himself, as he's made several posts signalling to Atsushi Aoki. He currently aims to be a fighting champion as we head through the rest of All Japan's 50th anniversary year.
