ZERO1 NEWS

 

~ Yoshikazu Yokoyama has undergone successful surgery on his neck due to an injury to his "posterior longitudinal ligament" and is currently beginning rehabilitation. The injury was not disclosed until now as it was initially suspected that he would be unable to compete again. Due to this he wanted to keep this matter to focus on his own mental well-being and focus on treatment.

~ ZERO1 announced that upcoming "Furinkazan Tag Tournament" will also determine the 51st NWA Intercontinental Tag Champions as well. The titles have been vacant since the Kubota Brothers vacated them back in October and thus the upcoming tournament has been designated as a rightful place to crown a new set of champions.

 

~ The first round matches will be held on December 5th and 13th, with the finals on December 27th.
